Terms and Conditions

Platinum League

• Participants must be fully verified users on the Obiex platform.
• The winner will be determined based on the highest traded volume within a 31-day period.
• Participants must maintain a minimum daily balance of $1000 throughout the contest duration.
• Participants must have traded a cumulative minimum of $500,000 within the challenge period.
• Participants must refer at least 5 persons to the contest.
• Referrals must have traded a cumulative minimum of $5,000 within the challenge period.

Diamond League

• Participants must be fully verified users on the Obiex platform.
• The winner will be determined based on the highest traded volume within a 31-day period.
• Participants must maintain a minimum daily balance of $500 throughout the contest duration.
• Participants must have traded a cumulative minimum of $100,000 within the challenge period.
• Participants must refer at least 5 persons to the contest.
• Referrals must have traded a cumulative minimum of $3,000 within the challenge period.

Bronze League

• Participants must be fully verified users on the Obiex platform.
• The winner will be determined based on the highest traded volume within a 31-day period.
• Participants must maintain a minimum daily balance of $200 throughout the contest duration.
• Participants must have traded a cumulative minimum of $50,000 within the challenge period.
• Participants must refer at least 5 persons to the contest.
• Referrals must have traded a cumulative minimum of $1,000 within the challenge period.

Trading Volume:

• The trading volume for each participant will be calculated based on the total value of their completed trades during the 31-day contest period.

Daily Minimum Balance:

• Participants must maintain the specified minimum daily balance in their Obiex account throughout the contest period. Failure to meet this requirement may result in disqualification.

Referrals:

• Participants must refer at least 5 persons to the Contest, who must sign up and trade on the Obiex platform.
• Referrals must meet the minimum cumulative trading requirements specified for each category within the contest period.

Disqualification:

• Obiex reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent activities or misconduct.
• Participants found to be in violation may be disqualified from the Contest and any prizes awarded may be revoked.

Prizes:

• The prizes for each category will be announced separately on the Obiex website or other designated communication channels.
• Winners will be notified by email or through their Obiex account within a reasonable time after the contest period ends.
• Prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded as specified.

General Conditions

• Obiex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
• Obiex's decisions regarding the Contest, including but not limited to disqualification and prize awards, are final and binding.
• By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold Obiex and its affiliates, partners, and employees harmless from any liability arising from or related to

Twists and Rule Changes

• Obiex reserves the right to introduce twists and modify the rules of the Contest at any time to enhance competitiveness, ensure fair play, or address any unforeseen circumstances or loopholes.
• Any such twists or rule changes will be communicated to participants through the Obiex website, email, or other designated communication channels.
• Participants are responsible for regularly reviewing the Contest rules and updates to stay informed about any changes made by Obiex.

Limitation of Liability

• Participants are solely responsible for their own trading decisions, actions, and any risks associated with trading cryptocurrencies.
• You can remove yourself from the leaderboard and hence stop participating in the competition immediately.
